Present in wine 1.4 for The Master Genealogist 7.04
Could you log the console and report back with lines that look like: fixme:htmlhelp:HtmlHelpW <-- other info -->
This might be a duplicate of Bug #11303, which I am currently working on, but I'd need to see a more recent trace in order to know.
