[Bug 15399] Colin Mcrae Rally 1.0 shows Graphical Glitches within menus and crashes before loading any track.

I've tried the game under wine 1.7.7 / Mac OS X 10.9 and the regression is
still there - Now it actually crashes on a unhandled page fault after printing
the same output of the previous pastebin.
