Remove the autoinstaller, then manually remove the fonts?
To see which files need removing, you could try running
the app with WINEDEBUG=+file and then grepping the log
for ttf or /usr/share/font.  (That's probably a good way of
checking whether those fonts are really preventing the problem, too.)
