test/reproduce code

test code that can be built with mingw-w64 gcc attached, on linux wine, the
current output is:

getaddrinfo("google.com", "https", NULL, &res) failed with 10109

aka WSATYPE_NOT_FOUND

on windows, both "443" and "https" service strings works
