Microphone works with ingame. It is a little fuzzy, but it works. Make sure you have your volume "capture" or "capture2" clicked on and not muted in your Volume control. You can NOT test your microphone in Steam though. You CAN in Counter-Strike: Source. I play it everyday. I talk to everyone just fine with some static though. Note: Make sure you killall pulseasudio on startup with Ubuntu.
