[Bug 50804] LTSpice XVII will not start

Adding two additional attachments, one which runs wine ./XVIIx64.exe directly
from the directory where the executable is located (as opposed to using a
shortcut which first exports WINEPREFIX).
The second is the same, but after reinstalling with the latest installer
downloaded from the ADI web site.  The installer runs, but after completing
with no errors reported the installed application will not run.
