[Bug 38564] Rush for Berlin Gold crashes after starting

The demo crashes randomly for me so it can't be used to reproduce the issue I
think.

The function AVIStreamInfo has some null parameter protection so the crash that
is happening is weird to me, please attach a +avifile log to check if there is
any better info.
