[Bug 11846] tablet pressure sensitivity not working in Sai and many other key graphic applications

Oliver, if you cannot load tablet, then it is not related to this patch. Likely
the error would be the same without this patch. This patch is solving the case
when you can load tablet, but pressure sensitivity is not working in
applications where it should.
