[Bug 47403] ALT+TAB results in a sticky ALT in the application when switching back

I tested it with wine 4.11 and it is partially fixed. If you use ALT+TAB to
switch from EVE to another application and then use ALT+TAB again to switch
back to EVE, then everything works as expected.

However, if you switch back to EVE by using the mouse pointer (click into EVE
window) then you have to fight with the sticky "ALT" key as described above.
