I doubt that the app really relies on that.
@Sebastian: I guess that this link is no longer showing ID 9387. I got an idea to test this installer on real windows, which are not "consistent". Thus we will see, if this is some other kind of wine's insufficiency or the installer _really_ depends on returning the zero.
