I am unable to extract the contents of python-3.1.3's package using msiexec.

Tested w/ Wine 3.1.7
Compiled w/ gcc 4.5.2
python 3.1.3 32bit avaliable at:
http://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.2/python-3.2.msi
OS: LFS Linux Multilib.

Command: msiexec /a python-3.1.3.msi  /qb TARGETDIR=out
