[Bug 24667] On ATI Radeon HD 5xxx (and probably 6xxx) all source-based games flicker and can't render some objects and NPCs

Looking at list of applications affected by this bug
http://appdb.winehq.org/viewbugs.php?bug_id=24667 isn't it major severity?
There is a major loss of functionality for a wide range of applications.
