Correction: I am not certain whether it is the same program or not. The author's name is similar but not identical. The program name is the same. However, my version 3 seems to be much older than the linked program's version 2.
I have found this link: http://www.rredware.com/gbdown.htm which tells the product is discontinued but the icon shown is the same as the program I have.
