[Bug 25549] Mega Games Pack fails to draw bitmap graphics

If for some reason native gdiplus treats HDC's with 32-bit DIBs selected into
them as having alpha data (and we'd need a test to show that), then we need to
create a GpBitmap object for the DIB in GdipCreateFromHDC2.
