[Bug 44278] Aldi Steuer 2017 - Tax certificate can be loaded and decrypted but eric-Library can 't be located

I would like to confirm this bug and I am attaching my console output for
winecfg set to Windows 10. I am assuming that this has something to do with the
following line_

wine: Call from 0x7b43c32c to unimplemented function
msvcp140.dll.?uncaught_exceptions(a)std@@YAHXZ, aborting
