[Bug 46961] League of Legends : Can't Launch client on Win 10 prefix / WinXP prefix cannot be used for future releases of the game

Third test with Win 7 prefix according to @Nikolay Sivov suggestion, vcrun2013,
corefonts and d3dx9.
Added --no-sandbox argument for the LOL Client app.

The game starts the download :o
Why Win10 prefix refuses the LOL Client and not Win7 prefix?? Really strange...

@Nikolay Sivov how do you know that solution for Win 7 prefix? And thanks !
