Attribute 20 is DWMWA_USE_IMMERSIVE_DARK_MODE, so I think this is not the cause
for the issues you are having. Fixmes, even if they are being spammed, are not
bugs by themselves.

Did you use wine-mono or native dotnet? Can you try with both of them?
