So it's been a while. Wine 2.0-staging, 2.1-staging, 2.2-staging, and
2.3-staging all have had nothing really change.

I've been testing with CSMT enabled and disabled, -dx10 and -dx11, and the
RX480 registry hack enabled and disabled.
