(I suppose we could use upstream for app bugs, but the convention has been that upstream is for other open source projects that fix bugs).
So upstream is related to libraries, kernel and drivers used by wine. Not to applications that uses wine. Upstream is not showing up in http://bugs.winehq.org/page.cgi?id=fields.html#status
