err:d3d:wined3d_debug_callback 0x213fd0: "GL_INVALID_ENUM in glTexImage3D(target can't be compressed)". The debug output seems to imply compressed volume textures, which are unsupported / broken. It's possible the nvidia driver crashes instead on this for some reason, although I can't tell from the backtrace.
