[Bug 38595] FXCM Trading Station II doesn't install without winetricks vcrun2005

I agree; 

besides, the previous work around where i, luckily, found some random dlls on
the Internet let me logon without any initialization errors but the market was
closed so it is unknown whether or not i would have gotten the same error or
not, and i was unable to repeat it and, searching for drivers can be a
challenge with all of the adware.

What are the best questions to ask FXCM technical support regarding this issue?
