XLiveRedist01.02.0241.00.msi from microsoft's site seems work for me you can pass the UnregisterTraceGuids error by building wine with this patch: http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/attachments/20081205/d872e427/a...
btw. well seems XLiveRedist01.02.0241.00.msi is version 1.2, but i'm not getting any errors with it, Mirek are you sure game needs exactly version 2.0?
GTA needs new version, but even with this version I am getting same error WS10, which should be related to xlive.
