[Bug 29912] No parent button in file selection dialog

Does Anyone Know anything about this?  IDA does uses the same 'select file'
dialog.

Why isnt that dialog the same as the normal save/open file dialog?

Is comdlg the correct dll to investigate?  
Is there a purpose to having 2 different dialogs?
