sapi.dll
is at this path:
./drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/Speech/sapi.dll

the directory mentioned in the error log

./drive_c/windows/system32/Speech/Common

contains no files.

Maybe the problem is an incorrect path to sapi.dll?
