Applying Claudio's reversion again works for me, but causes a crash shortly
after loading this saved game:

http://www.heeris.id.au/wine_crash.w3z.bz2

Unfortunately, if I run wine with WINEDEBUG=+sync,+ntdll the crash simply
doesn't happen, so I'm a bit baffled as to how to diagnose that.
