[Bug 39678] Zararadio can not read folder/file name path with Latin characters

I downloaded and installed the last WineHQ version 1.8-rc3 into my Ubuntu
Studio 15.10 installation, and this ZaraRadio issue remains exactly the same.

Everything is the same that with the 1.6.2 version.

So...
