[Bug 11674] Dual-core not being correctly supported in World of Warcraft (WOW)

Intel Core i5 750 (4 cores, 2.66 Ghz), NVidia video card (same with ATi too).
Note that I use the GetLogicalProcessorInformation function implementation from
the Mayerhofer patch here and not from the rgl patch.
