[Bug 52761] mscoree:mscoree test fails without a display or console

I can run the command below without getting any failure:

DISPLAY= ./wine ./dlls/mscoree/tests/mscoree_test.exe mscoree </dev/null >log
2>&1

Does that mean that eff83cd4e00e fixed this issue?
Should this bug be closed?
