[Bug 39147] Reaper 5.0 (x64) crashes at start

I did a bit more testing, and the behavior is inconsistent. I now have one
wineprefix where it crashes on start every time, and one where it has never
crashed (at least so far). They were both clean installs in 1.7.50.
