[Bug 25849] Adjustments panel lacks Process button in Photomatix 4.0

Thanks to Matthew from Photomatix Engineering Team I have workaround for
missing Process button bug. Start Photomatix, unmaximize it and close it. Start
Photomatix again - now you can see Process button, presets, etc. You can
maximize it if you wish (as long as you *close* Photomatix unmaximized it still
works).
