Appears to be a .NET 4 application:
austin(a)aw25 ~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Futuremark/PCMark 7/bin $ wine
PCMark7.exe

<assembly>
fixme:mscoree:CLRMetaHost_GetRuntime Unrecognized version L"v4.0.20926"

though installing mono210 doesn't seem to help. Windows version was set to
Windows 7, but XP had the same problem.
