[Bug 20439] TroopMaster hangs on startup

I just tried this with the latest version of TroopMaster (2014). It hung for me
for about a minute. Definitely less time than I remember when I last posted
about this. When using the still water background, the program starts up right
away.

I'm using Ubuntu 12.04, wine-1.6-rc2
