The patch has been committed. Feel free to reopen the bug if it still persists.
I just tested your patch but unfortunately the radiobutton is still garbled. I noticed that when the window gets repainted (e.g. when you minimize and restore the window) the radiobutton is painted correctly. I applied the patch "manually". Could you please give me a link to a documentation that shows how to save/apply patches from the wine-patches list? I searched myself but only found documentation about how to send a patch.
