Sorry for the delay, I got around to retesting this and it still fails with:

ntlm.c:383: Running the client the second time.
ntlm.c:983: Test failed: Running the client returned SEC_E_NO_CREDENTIALS, more
tests will fail.
ntlm.c:1000: Tests skipped: Authentication failed, skipping test.
