test chart with sierrachart

When using Wine 11 with Sierrachart and opening any chart with OpenGL enabled,
the screen is blank.  Wine 10 worked without any OpenGL issues.  

A workaround is to turn OpenGL off in Sierrachat, restart Sierrachart and
graphics work.
