retested MC700B with WINEDEBUG=+hid scanning for connected hardware

I retested MultiClampCopmmander 2.2.2 on wine-11.1, with WINEDEBUG=+hid,
because it seems the USB device is a HID device. 

the permissions of the usb device have been set to 0666, 

The initial section is the start of the software, than there are two sections
when trying twice to scan for connected hardware.
