[Bug 28622] alsa under pulseaudio no longer produce sound

I removed the prefix and created a new one.
Within winecfg, when I press "test sound", I get highly distorted sound and the
console is full of "ALSA lib pcm.c:7339:(snd_pcm_recover) underrun occurred"
errors.
Outside of wine, sound works perfectly under both multimedia applications and
SDL and openal games.
