Thanks.  It *seems* to be getting further, as instead of getting:
warn:winsock:wsaErrno errno 113, (No route to host).
we're now getting:
warn:winsock:wsaErrno errno 107, (Transport endpoint is not connected).

Could you attach the output from irdadump?
