Thanks for your fast and informative answer.

Will first check other older Wine builds like version 6.2. Maybe there are
really other regressions which lead to this new Cxbx-Reloaded incompatibility.

And when I have more clarity regarding this matter I will open a new bug report
(with full Wine output). ;-)
