errata: wrt IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 (Steam), even the USB joystick in linux *has*
to appear at /dev/js0 or it doesn't work (too many HIDs, I forgot to unplug one
;) -- a retest with the USB Saitek ST-90 joystick @ /dev/js0 discloses IL-2
*does* see the USB HID in linux, but *only* if it's the first joystick device.
