I agree.
The same version of Mesa & Wine are working well on my another computer with
newer graphic card.
So, there is probably a bug in Mesa related to some older GPU. Or, in worse
case, Mesa intentionally stopped supporting of some older HW...

My temporary solution is downgrade... :-(
