Which games are affected? Is the problem specific to Staging? (I.e. can it be
reproduced in upstream Wine?)

Can you attach logs for any affected games with
+hid,+plugplay,+ntoskrnl,+setupapi,+rawinput,+xinput,+dinput,+seh?
