NTDLL DEBUG

The program of my company show this message:

fixme:ntdll:find_reg_tz_info Can't find matching timezone information in the
registry for bias 180, std (d/m/y): 26/02/2012, dlt (d/m/y): 21/10/2012

My time zone is America/Sao_Paulo.

I use the command WINEDEBUG=+ntdll wine LivreSuporte.exe to generate the logs.
