Since 9.20, .NET-application won't refresh windows-forms-controls positioned on
"mainform", if you resize its main-window.

Regression test:

4e06b87633ec7e04822ad4f4854df7ae43f0d7e0 is the first bad commit

    win32u: Copy the entire window rect when the whole window is moved.

    Instead of the visible rects, which may change with decoration mask
changes.
