I sensed no lag except on Everdim, but even it was very playable I agree with Mikko:
It clearly proves that: 1) By some reason there are a lot of upload in several moments. 2) There is lag (as obviously expected) which happens the same time as the upload peaks
And I should add 3) It might be a bug somewhere 4) Even agreeing that there might be a bug, it seems to affect more to some network hardware/router than other (as not every one are suffering it that hard).
