[Bug 36993] MWO Installer will not run

Installer will not run - definitely hit the same error in advapi32 when
attempting to install.

Sidestepping the installer by getting the game files from a Windows install and
popping those into the prefix does result in a runnable game after .NET and
DirectX installation.
