Oh ok, then it's normal priority, thanks for the clarification.

I have to ask why is Wine trying to substitute fonts in the first place?

When a win16 app asks for Courier, it expects the bitmapped Courier from Win
3.11. Wine ships with them (cour*.fon). 1.3.0 and all previous versions I have
used picked the bitmapped Courier, but 1.9.0 is trying to replace them with
system TTF fonts, if I understand right.
