[Bug 40231] Grand Theft Auto: Vice City crashes at start

It's possible we could fail in a different way to avoid GTA crashing when you
are missing critical plugins. But in the meantime, you can avoid this crash by
setting "winegstreamer" to "disabled" in winecfg.
