Hammer version was build 4032 from Steam (it seems impossible to use any
earlier version because of Steam, except the old 3.5 beta which won't edit HL2
maps).

N.B. Also the fix suggested in bug 2398, using wine hammer.exe -- -opengl,
seems to have no effect.
