sample_c_lz hack applied

I can confirm, that with Mesa as well, applying sample_c_lz hack above, the
water issue is fixed, as well as Geralt's hair (and related distortions) and
minimap issue. It also fixes occasional yellowness (though some minor
distortions there seem to be still present). I'll post about it in the relevant
bug 43131.
